NmPILOT™ series pilot-scale pre-packed chromatography columns are developed to facilitate the smooth transition of biopharmaceutical projects from research to industrial production.
They are available in internal diameters of 100mm and 200mm, with column heights ranging from 200mm to 400mm, making them ideal for purification and separation of products at a scale of up to hundreds of grams.

Affinity Chromatography:
Protein A/G/L media(UniMab50/UniMab50 HC/NMab/NMab Pro), IMAC affinity media(UniIDA/UniNTA/NW Rose Ni FF) and other specific group affinity media(NM90 Agrose Blue/NW Rose GST 4FF).
Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography:
NanoHR (PS-DVB)，UniHR (PMMA),Uni(PMMA)or sugar based HIC resin families like NW Rose(agarose), NW Rose Plus(agarose). These HIC resin families have frequently used functional groups including Phenyl/Octyl/Butyl/Ether.
Ion Exchange Chromatography:
NanoGel (PS-DVB)，Nano (PS-DVB), UniGel (PMMA) and Uni (PMMA) or sugar based resin families like NW Rose (agarose), NW Rose Plus (agarose)，NW Dex(dextran). Almost all of these ion exchange resin families have frequently used functional groups including SCX (SP),SAX(Q),WCX(CM) and WAX (DEAE).
Size Exclusion Chromatography:
Agarose based SEC resins like NW Super 75/100/150/200/300 or dextran based SEC resins like NW Dex G-10/15/25/50/75/100.
